Is it okay to mix up ram with different SPD Speed but same Tested Speed?
I have 4gb *2 (KHX1600C9D3/4G) rams with the SPD Speed of 1600mhz and 8gb*2 (F3-1600C9S-8GXM) rams with the SPD Speed of 1333 mhz. Both Tested Speed shows as 1600mhz. is it okay to use together?

Yes, you can run ram with different speeds, they will be automatically set to similar speed by the motherboard.
