Command prompt එකට ගිහිල්ලා sfc /scannow ගහලා windows system file ටික check කරලා බලන්න. පරණ system restore point එකක් තියෙනවා නම් restore කරලා බලන්න සහ antivirus scan එකකුත් කරලා බලන්න. ඒවා හරියන්නේ නැත්නම් windows bootable device එකක් හරහා හෝ dism command හරහා windows repair එකක් කරගන්න, මේකට online guides තියෙනවා.
