I have a Asus rog scar 17se laptop.
I get a blue screen error called "video dxgkrnl fatal error" When I do gaming. I noticed that this error only occurs when the laptop is using the RTX gpu. What can i do?
Specs
Windows 11 pro
RTX 3080ti
I9-12950HX
32GB DDR5 4800
2TB raid 0
Also the event view says kernel power error at the time i got the blue screen

In my opinion, this error could be due to outdated drivers. Try updating your graphic drivers and also your OS. 🙂
If these steps do not resolve your issue, it might be a hardware problem. you may use built in hardware and device troubleshooter. ✌️
