This is a issue regarding brand loyalty. Both PSU s are from reputed companies with a decent warranty, Both has the 80PLUS gold efficiency rating on them. So it boils down to which brand you prefer & what price range your willing to afford for your system.
The corsair PSu is fully modular which means you only need to connect the wires needed for your PC, taking the wire clutter away, but still a good wiring will take care of that for any PSU. so it's your choice choosing the brand you most like. Kudos.
