PC reboots when there’s a power failure even with UPS

Hi.

Sometimes my pc getting restart when a power failure even with UPS. This not occur evert time when the power goes. This happen when  sudden power failure which comes back on 3-5 seconds. What is is the cause for this? and how to prevent it ?

Can we have the UPS model - (600Va or 1.2KVa)

MSI Z97 gaming Z motherboard

Gtx 1060 gb

DDR 3 - 24gb

2 - SATA hard

1 SSD

Dvd Writer and Blu-ray rom

Power supply- 500w

4 - RGB fans

A 600VA ups should be enough for your specifications therefore the issue may be related to your ups static bypass switch not switching to battery power properly. I would recommend getting your ups checked via a service center.

Yes switching works properly for longer power outages but I assumed it was a issues related to not switching properly during those small outages. If it's not the UPS then it can be a PSU issue, either way to find the issue you need check them. If you can try testing on another UPS.
