Can you recommend to download windows 11 to my laptop (Dell inspiron 5593 = intel i5 10th gen; base clock speed-1.2GHz; boost clock speed-3.6GHz; cores-4/threads-8; 256 SSD + 1TB HDD; ram-8GB) now? after this new major update???

Win11 has improved alot since it's launch, therefore you can upgrade if you really want to check out the new versions but there's still possibility to face some bugs or issue. But it's less risky since you can easily downgrade to win10 within 10 days of upgrade.
