What is the best time to download win11 .I think at least for now windows 10 is better.I have a dell xps 15 with i7 and nvidea graphic card equiped with 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. Will they end the free time period soon for genuine users as i have genuine windows 10 home.

If you want to try win11 you can upgrade and if any issues arises or you don't like it you can easily rollback to win10 within 10 days.
Microsoft provided the official free win7/8 to win 10 upgrade for more than a year therefore they will most probably provide the free win11 upgrade for about a year.
