Devices & printers එකෙන් printer එක remove/unistall කරන්න. Printer එකට ආපු අනිත් softwares ටිකත් unistall කරන්න.
ඊට පස්සේ printer එකේ official site එකෙන් අලුත්ම printer drivers download කරලා දාලා බලන්න.
