මගේ අතින් වැරදිලා user account control වලින් මගේ microsoft account එක remove උනා.දැන් මම pc එකට log වෙන්න හදනකොට සාමාන්ය විදිහට මගේ නම දාලා password එකක් ඉල්ලනවා ඒත් මගේ pc එකට දාලා තිබ්බ password එක ගැහුවත් Microsoft account එකේ password එක ගැහුවත් log වෙන්න බෑ. Please මට උදව් කරන්න.

Password ගහන box එක යට reset password වල security question try කරලා බලන්න.
තව ඔයාගේ Microsoft account එකේ password හරියට මතක නැත්නම් reset කරලා බලන්න.

Computer එකට internet connection එක තියෙන්න ඕනි.
