I have "Intel Wireless-AC 9560 (2*2 a/c) + BT5" wifi card,i can upgrade this wificard?
I can upgrade what kind of wificards?
(my laptop is 'Msi GF63 i5 9300H')

Yes, you can upgrade it. It's a m.2 wifi card.
But the intel ac 9560 is supposed to be a good wifi card, why do you need to upgrade it?
To upgrade, first find it's full model number via device manager. Inte AC 9560 has two versions, m.2 2230 & m.2 1216. You might need to find a new wifi card to match that m.2 version.
