Which option is better?

  1. A laptop with factory installed Windows 10 without SSD ? (Asus)
  2. Or a laptop with SSD but no original windows ? (Acer)

Price and other specifications are almost same.

If all the specs are same, go with the SSD version. You will appriciate the fast boot ups & more responsive system in the long run.

What if SSD version has a 4GB RAM of DDR3 but the other has 4GB DDR4 .... ??

Still the version iwth the SSD will be more responsive. but there will be marginal performance gains in certain applications with the DDR 4 RAM
