I have a i3 10 gen and 12GB ram 1TB normal HDD. But my laptop give many time(about 10-15 minutes) for restarting windows 10.why this? please give me a reason

It maybe a OS or hard drive related issue, you can try few troubleshooting steps
- Disable software from automatic starting with windows from task manager>more details>start-up
- Use command prompt as administrator and disable fast startup via this command (powercfg -h off) and also run a window file check via (sfc /scannow) command.
- Update windows & drivers
- Check hard drive health from CrystalDiskInfo software
