i  you don't consider the gaming and streaming side go for msi because its color accuracy is higher than gaming predator laptop. it will be a good choice for your work. actually U series processors are good performance but low TDP so U series processors need a good cooling system to its job. but unfortunately most U series processor laptops only have single fan. but in this laptop it consist dual fans so this shall be able to do lot work from U processor.
i recommend to go professional laptop for editing stuff than gaming
