I have HP notebook 15 laptop. i5 - 7200u (7gen)
it has 4GB Ram and 2GB Radeon VGA card.

When running some softwares (Like Photoshop, lightroom) it gonna be very very slow.
At that time task manager performance show that disk usage go up 100%, CPU usage50%, RAM usage90% and GPU usage 15%.

I want to know that what is the reason for slowing the machine?

Main reason is that you have limited ram. 4GB is not enough for tasks like photoshop. Consider upgrading ram to atleast 8GB and also upgrade to a SSD. This will let u get the maximum performance out of your latop.

Thank you very much.

But it doesn't have a SSD slot in motherboard. How I get through this?

you can swap a sata ssd with your dvd drive (if you dont need it)

because these days flash drives and external hdds are famous than traditional cds n dvds
