In my laptop I have only SSD (M.2). Also my laptop battery is not working properly and it should be always connecting to main AC when working with laptop. But nowadays in the power cut down situation my laptop is immediately power off when AC power interrupting. My problem is these laptop power off how affecting with my SSD? because I haven't much enough time to turn off my laptop when main power is down. I think this may be common problem with many users and hope some valuable comments.

You can visit the Ceylon Electricity board website to know about the scheduled times of when the power cuts are happening. this way you could shut down the laptop before the time and avoid sudden power cut offs to the laptop.
Sudden power cuts - without proper shutdown is bad for any electric equipment. Your storage can get corrupted.
