Yesterday night I finished my work and turned off the laptop (dell Inspiron 15-3521). Today morning I tried to turn it on but nothing's happening. The turn-on light indicator is blinking but the display is not turning on. The laptop is quiet, not running the fan or running the hard drive. I  removed the HDD and ram cleaned it and set it up again but no result. I removed the battery and hold the power button for a while and replaced CMOS battery but nothing's happening(My laptop battery is not working). Can you recommend any other solution?
