සාමාන්යයෙන් windows කිපවතවක් හරියට boot නොවුනම automatically windows recovery mode එකට වැටෙනවා. එහෙම නැත්නම් F11 ඔබට windows advance startup එකට යන්න බලන්න.
එතන troubleshoot හරහා මේවා උත්සහ කරලා බලන්න
- start-up repair
- startup settings හරහා safe mode එකෙන් boot වෙන්න පුළුවනන් ද බලන්න.
- System restore හරහා ළඟදි හදපු restore point එකක restore කරන්න
