- motherboard = asus z170m-plus
- processor = i3 6100
- ram = vengeance lpx ddr4 3200mhz
- A1/A2 ram slots are working
- but
- B1/B2 slots not working ? please help

Did u try RAMS by installing 1 ram stick at a time? if so - can be a defect in the motherboard.
If it works, and you have no intention on populating all 4 slots, then it will be just fine.
