SAME problem here mate. But sometimes it's working. I am also finding better solutions and still researching about this matter. please put your pc spec. I think you must have brand new pc , may be MSI motherboard

I hv been using msi motherboard (B450) for almost 3 years.... I had no problem like this.. may be a software bug.. try updating windows and usb drivers..
