2nd generation සහ 8th generation අතර වෙනස generations 6ක්, බැරිවෙලාවත් socket එක එකම උනත් (intel සමාගම generation එකෙන් generation එකට Socket compatibility වෙනස් කරනව) වෙනස් වෙලා වැඩිවෙලා තියෙන RAm speed / CPU Bus වගේ මූලික දේවල් වලට Support එක නැති නිසා මේක සාර්ථක වෙන්නෙ නැහැ.
උඩ comments වල කියල තියෙන විදිහට 8th gen CPU එකකට හරියන්නෙ intel 300 series එකේ board එකක්.
