400 වලින් තමයි ryzen 2nd gen chipset එන්නෙ. නමුත් 1st gen board කිසිම ගැටළුවක් නැතුව 2nd gen ryzen cpu එක්ක පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන්

support කරනව ඒත් ඔයාට bios update එකක් කරන්න වෙනව ryzen 1st gen cpu එකක් fit. ඉන්පස්සෙ තමා 2200g එක set කරන්න වෙන්නෙ

I have a Lenovo ThinkCenter MT-M 7034 PC. I had a problem where the PC didn't start on the fist power button pressed. I can hear the power comes up an stays up without any display. But the PC starts properly after press and hold the power button to power down and then press the power again. I took the machine to a repair place and they said that they need to reset the motherboard first and see if it works and it will take few hours. I got a call few hours later saying the machine is working properly after the mother board reset and replacement of the power supply unit.

I would like to know, what they must have done to reset the motherboard ? Is it just a jumper setting or any other process?

Most commonly they do jumper setting resting.

Yes, they replaced the original power supply. I didn't take the original power supply back.

opps thats a issue. please get your old part everytime you replace a part. did they said any issue with power supply?
