Can we overclock a RAM clocked at 2666mhz to higher clock speeds with XMP supported motherboards (ASUS ROG STRIX B365-F GAMING MOTHERBOARD)? And is it efficient using with a overclock able CPU (Example :- I5-9600K) ?

You cannot overclock a RAM that is tested for a 2666MHz. The RAM should say it supports / tested at clock speed 2800 or 3000MHz in XMP.
Depending on your Motherboard CPU and RAM Configuration you can switch between XMP modes. XMP in itself is a overclock profile which makes it easier to go for stable overclock increments when possible.
