they both have similar CPU performance, but the intel 9100F cost approximately rs.4000 cheaper. Therefore i3 9100F is the better choice. But it doesn't have Intel UHD graphics.

Ryzen 3200G has built-in Vega graphic and there graphic performance is better than Intel UHD but since you are going for a gaming build you should use a dedicated graphic card therefore you won't be using built-in graphic. Therefore ryzen 3200G is only useful if you're not getting a dedicated graphic card.

Therefore finally, yes i3 9100F is a good CPU considering it's current price.
