මුලින්ම Press Windows Key + R ඔබලා services.msc එකකට යන්න.

Locate Windows Management Instrumentation service, right click කරලා choose Restart from the menu. එ්ක එතන තිබ්බේ නැත්තන් ,simply stop the service and start it again by choosing the appropriate options කරන්න පුලුවන්ද බලන්න.

එහෙම කරලා PC එක restart කරලා බලන්න.

හරි ගියේ නැත්තන් මුලින්ම Command Prompt (Admin) එක open කරලා මේ .Command ටික ගහලා බලන්න...

net stop iphlpsvc
net stop wscsvc
net stop Winmgmt
net start Winmgmt
net start wscsvc
net start iphlpsvc

ඊට පස්සේ PC එක restart කරලා බලන්න හරිද කියලා ගොඩක් වෙලාවට හරියයි.
