I have a Old Pentium D 925 3.00Ghz Processor, Although it is a 3.00Ghz Processor When I Open Task Manager It always Shows CPU Speed as 1.50Ghz even the processor is 100% used. Why is that? Help Me!

hi may be it would be thermal throttling, check weather cpu fan is working and check cpu temperature, if they are good, change the power mode in power option, control panel to performance
