I'm currently using my HP ProBook 440 G5 for my day today works and some light gaming. I have recently ran a benchmark test from user-benchmark out of curiosity and found-out that my CPU always throttle at 88%.
I have set the maximum processor state to 100%. Yet this problem remains to date. I have experienced some lagging As soon as I turn on after a shut down, or if I opened the browser just after turning on. Apart from that I haven't faced much of a issue. Yet I'm concerned about the above matter.
Is there any way that I can fix it? Is it safe to continue as this or does it require immediate action.
I have attached the result sheet from the benchmark test for reference.
