What is the best solution that can be used to remove solid thermal paste remaining on either processor or GPU when PC is on periodic cleaning? I have seen folk use alcohol in foreign videos on Youtube. Is alcohol available in Sri Lanka to buy retail? I am doubtful. Any alternative we can find otherwise?

Personally I'm using a iso-prople alcohol (surgical spirit) with a tissue or cotton bud
