hello can you check your monitor and cable separately (you can check it easily by disconnect the gpu and connect the vga cable into the motherboard slot if you have non F version cpu). if your problem was resolved that way the gpu need to be serviced or internal gpu issue for most cases

I gave to computer repair shop to repair this problem. They reapired that. and It worked Perfectly for only 4 months. after 4 months I got same problem. I am not changed any softwares or Hardware after Repaired. Please help me to Solve this problem. And the Device manager Shows this message on Graphics card "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".
