I am Hoping to build a pc for 4k gaming but I am struggling with choosing a graphics card so please help me.

Currently only RTX 3080 & 3090 can maintain 100+fps average on games at 4K but RTX 3090 is not worth the money because it only provides 10% improvement for over double the price of RTX 3080. RTX 3080 is the perfect card for you, also the AMD RX 6800xt is great card for 4K gaming but it's availability in Sri Lanka will be low and it has lower Ray Tracing performance than NVIDIA 3000-cards.

If you are going for such high-end card get a 120hz 4K monitor or TV with g-sync. Also you can try 1440p 144hz+ gaming monitors and RTX 3070 will be enough.
