My PC components are,
- Asus ROG Strics B460-G
- i7 10700F
- GTX 1660s
The onboard HDMI is not working. There for I am unable to use dual HDMI monitor setup. Are there any issues with the F series CPU ????

1st thing F series monitors don't have graphic processing unit so its must to have a graphic card with F series processor
And the next thing when you connect a graphic card with any processor (F series or any one ) your inbuild graphic processing chip will be disabled . and the graphics will out through the ports on the graphic card.
As i know 1660s have 0ne HDMI and several display ports. so you can use one those with DP to HDMI cable
